I went to the doctor yesterday and all was well...which is nice to hear from the "experience" of last week. Baby Girl's heart rate was in the 140's which was totally normal, yay! I'm still at 1 cm, 50% effaced though so no progress from the week before...even in the face of those contractions last week. Oh well, 1 cm is still 1 cm and I'll take it. :-) However, I may start trying out some of the "old wives tales" this coming week to see if I can help with the dilation a little. Should be fun!
